As the countdown kicked off and fireworks tore apart the dark skies at precisely the stroke of midnight, the moment everyone has been waiting for was finally here! Amidst a crowd of people, we ushered in the new year. 2012. The noise and excitement level was suitably hyped as the crowd was no doubt jubilantly cheering during the spectacular display of fireworks.
And just like that, I know life's daily routine is all once again lined up for me. Whatever lies ahead is out of my control as I will once again wake up everyday to face the odds stacked against me on tough days and sail smoothly on better days.
